Specialty Services
Life gets messy. We restore order.
No matter the challenge, we are here to help you 24/7, 365 days of the year. “Good as new” is music to our ears. Better yet? “Welcome home.”

A fresh start is our specialty.
As a comprehensive restoration company, we’ve seen it all, from the simple – routine duct cleaning – to the catastrophic – total loss fire.
We are proud to offer assistance beyond the traditional home restoration services. Our specialty services include:
- Hoarding Cleanup: Hoarding is a complex mental health disorder that makes it difficult for a person to discard or part with possessions, regardless of actual value. A home affected by hoarding can be dangerous, unhealthy, or both. Our service helps customers on their road to recovery.
- Trauma and Biohazard: As experts in trauma and biohazard clean-up, we provide sensitive, prompt, and professional clean-up of both biologically and chemically contaminated scenes, thus reducing stress associated with a traumatic event.
- Tarping and Board-up: Damage resulting from fire, flood, severe weather, vandalism, or accident requires a rapid response to secure your home from the elements and unwanted guest. Our technicians will board-up any broken windows, walls, or doors that have been damaged, as well as tarp damaged roofs.
- Packout and Content Management: When a disaster happens and your property needs restoration, it's important to keep your belongings safe. We are experts in handling, cleaning, and storing cherished possessions, and our pack-out crews are thoroughly trained in packing and inventory management.

FREQUENTLy ASKED QUESTIONS
Ultimately, you, the property owner, are responsible for payment and will need to sign a form authorizing payment for mitigation services.
That said, Radiant Restoration works for you, not the insurance company.
If this is an insurance claim, Radiant Restoration generally collects only the deductible amount from you before work begins and bills the balance to your insurance provider as a service to you. If your project is not covered by insurance or you decide not to file a claim, a payment schedule must be agreed upon prior to the start of any non-insured work.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
To avoid confusion, please direct any insurance-related questions to your insurance agent or claims representative.
When required, your Radiant Restoration project manager will take out the appropriate permit(s) on your behalf, identifying the Radiant Restoration as the general contractor. If applicable, permit fees are included in the estimate and may be covered by the insurance company.
Any valuables found in the home are your property. Many times, when something of value, be it emotional or monetary, is brought to our customers, the story of the item is shared with the crew. We believe that taking the time to acknowledge and appreciate these stories is an important part of our service to you.
